A COVID-19 update from our Operations Manager

We have reopened and are taking reservations for permitted travellers under the current COVID-19 restrictions.

To assist us to check you in, we will require relevant paperwork to be completed once you have confirmed that you would like to proceed with your reservation.

As a part of our COVIDSafe Plan, and in addition to the increased frequency of cleaning public areas, continued use of hospital-grade disinfectant, the increased deployment of antibacterial hand sanitisers and our staff wearing of approved face masks, we have implemented the following:

• On-site and virtual reception plus an emergency line if required during your stay.
• Credit card only payments will be taken prior to arrival. Debit cards not accepted.
• Daily services will not be offered for more than a one-night stay, however extra amenities can be arranged.
• The restaurant will remain closed.
• The outdoor pool will have limited opening hours. Guests can be in groups but must comply with the private gathering limits of the Stay Safe Directions (Victoria).
• When you have visitors, not staying at the property but visiting you at the property during your stay a QR Code will be required which you will find in your room or at reception.
